Founded by Dr. Panos E. Vasiloudes, Delta Clinical Research has grown from a single Tampa office to a three-location CRO conducting Phase I–IV trials across the full therapeutic spectrum.
Dr. Panos E. Vasiloudes, MD, PhD, FAAD, FAAP, FASMS
Dr. Vasiloudes earned his MD and PhD (summa cum laude) in Cell and Molecular Biology from Philipps University in Marburg, Germany, and conducted research at Rockefeller University in New York. His dual residency training — in pediatrics at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia and in dermatology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center — gave him an exceptionally broad clinical foundation.
Board certified in both dermatology and pediatrics, Dr. Vasiloudes founded Delta Clinical Research in 2009 to bring precision clinical trial infrastructure to Tampa Bay. He holds fellowships from the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Society of Mohs Surgery, and serves as a volunteer assistant professor at USF with joint appointments in dermatology and pediatrics.
As Principal Investigator, Dr. Vasiloudes has overseen clinical trials across Phase I–IV and multiple therapeutic areas. His site has achieved zero-deficiency ratings on FDA inspections — a testament to his team's commitment to regulatory excellence and participant welfare.
